Paul's Anytime Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

This is multi-channel marketing project from redesign of the corporate identity (notice the name change too) to web development and other marketing materials and local online marketing.

We were asked to redesign the web site for Anytime with Paul's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, a company established in 1981.  The old web site was on an online directory platform that was not doing the company justice.  Little SEO (even though they were paying for it), poor design and a high monthly expense.  First things first.  What were their goals, what was the business doing to improve itself and grow, who was the target market, what was their philosophy, what other materials were they using and how, and how much were they paying?

We began by listening to their story.  Then the information and services they wanted to market. Then we began research on their industry.

The Anytime with Paul's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling logo was dated and had too much going on. We wanted to represent the main elements of their business in the logo: Plumbing, Cooling & Heating while keeping the "bug" clean and with staying power. Often logos are created with the essence of a new trend. But when the trend fades, so does the logo.

During the process, another thing happened. The named changed. We suggested that they consider simplifying to Paul's Anytime Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. It made it a cleaner corporate identity and rolls off the tongue better.

    Full Circle Creative created a rich web site (Joomla CMS, our favorite) full of content that was easy to find, easy to navigate for the visitor and well organized and mobile friendly. We worked with Ben Price at Adsortium Media to create an initial library of images using their people doing a variety of task.  The imagery is great and authentic to Paul's Anytime.

    SEO & Local Marketing

    We are now updating content on the site and will soon implement an Online Local Marketing strategy.  This will include submitting the site up to 25 different directories and services such as Factual, Apple Maps, Google, Yellowpages, etc.  With a coordinated plan to include their Google My Business page and Facebook, we should see some significant results in their SEO.

    Reputation Management

    Using an online service, we can monitor citations and a number of online review services such as Yelp and Google My Business.  This will allow our client, using one neat dashboard, to efficiently review and respond to comments made.

Photography

Working with our partner Ben Price at Adsortium Media, we staged a photo shoot using their people, being as authentic as possible.  We did not want to soley rely on stock imagery.  This was important to Paul's Anytime Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
